I’m surprised an $800 tool can program a new key to Seat Leon 02/2014 MQB system. The OBDSTAR XP300 Pro4 (keymaster 5) can precode the xhorse MQB smart key and it was ALL success. Not AKL.
The story is long. Finally, it worked. Hope it helps.
First attempt:
Read immo data via -06/2014 option. the immo system is same as x300 dp plus and the immo data was read successfully after 10min security login.
I’m using OEM Keys to add. Bought it as non keyless.
They are both mqb48 and unlocked. vvdi mini key tool could read them and identify them as unlocked.
When it comes to Precoding, input the orginal first and reads it. Then message for new key comes. After inserting the new one it says “Write chip data error”.
Second attempt:
I was told the key is wrong. Mqb keys are exchangeable. Many keys are sold as originals but are not preset for this model.
I was recommended to change key or use vvdi key. Some use vvdi MQB key and don’t have problems.
Not sure if vvdi keys can only be precoded by vvdi2 and keytool plus. Then i test vvdi key with the x300pro4 before I ordered the keytoolPlus.
Surprisingly, it worked.

Example: How to Program DAF VIC computer with DAVIE XDc II software?

I just got the M3 clamp for my xhorse dolphin xp005 key cutting machine, for cutting tibbe/f021 keys. I notice there is no option in the app for calibrating the M3 clamp, does this mean it doesn’t need to be calibrated?
Does the machine cut 8 cuts keys? Or just 6 cuts? I believe the machine wouldn’t be able to cut 8.
Answer:
M3 jaw does not need calibrated. It self calibrates on startup of cutting process.
You are able to decode and cut it successfully without having to calibrate the clamp.
Ford tibbe is 6 cuts some Jaguar is 6 cuts some is 8 cuts.
Cut by bitting, Fo21 gives an option for 6 cuts. s30 is shorter 6 cuts.
s32 is for the 8 cut jaguar keys. 8 cuts on a xhorse dolphin

I bought one of these Chinese aluminium BDM frame with 4 probes. $95 shipped. General quality it’s good, very massive. Middle deck is wobbling all over the place, apart that, the item is very well built. There to much play when you want to adjust. There is not linear bearing. I find a solution to rework it. The ones that needed bearings was the ones without that middle windup mech. Now the frame is smooth as anything. It is very cheap device, good for beginners. Hope it helps.
the rods are 13mm and 13mm linear bearings are not so common. I will eliminate the windup mech also cause the threads are way to large and the decent is not linear. I also get the set of 22 adapters. Quality is 7 of 10. Some pins needs reposition but for that price range is ok.
I mounted the bearings under the middle deck to facilitate the adapter insertion and to also have a “safety stop” in case of accidental deck collaps. the new rods were cut to 12.02 for perfect matching of the bearings, there is zero play, proper centred,the deck is slinding just perfect. the winding mechanism was deleted to make room for the reading tool, new lateral holes with M6 threads and ball-bearing stop for proper operation. for bearings I used: LMF12UU (12mm), I use this bdm frame china rework with linear bearings 12-mm work very well...very stable after rework 2012 BMW F series X5 FEM Key programming done with Yanhua Mini ACDP on bench.
